Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps Jobs: How to Get or Apply for Jobs

Application Processes for Nigeria Security and Civil Defence

As at the time of this post, NSCDC has not started their recruitment. I know very soon they will.  That’s why you need to bookmark this page and revisit as I’ll be updating it with any new developments regards their recruitment. Meanwhile, you may need to know all it takes to get their jobs when the time comes. And that’s the essence of this post  at least for now.

In the last decade, Civil Defence had recruited twice – at least that I’m aware of. And on those occasions, we knew in detail, what they require of applicants. In order to get set for the next intakes, consider reading the guide below and use it to your advantage.

Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Accepts all Qualifications

Irrespective of your education background (primary schools not recon with), you can be lucky to get Civil Defence jobs. Interested applicants can join them with SSCE only, NCE, ND, HND or Bsc.

Here, there’s a message. In the last recruitment, most applicants with higher qualifications were not considered. Government likes to be economical with salaries lately. And don’t forget – the higher your qualification, the higher you earn. To this end, consider applying with ND, NCE or SSCE instead of your post graduate. Lol

Civil Defence Form is free for all

Don’t let them fool you. The present administration is not taking anything lively with payment for   recruitment. Did you see what happened to the proposed Peace Corps of Nigeria? Nigerian Army had completed her recruitment without payment, the Nigerian police the same. So, don’t expect paying for the form of Civil Defence.

Steps to apply for Civil Defence Jobs

This is the question several preselected applicants in the 2017 round of Npower scheme had been asking on the body’s official twitter handle. The preselected 2016 N-build applicants are equally concerned about what the next course of action is.
N-power has initially made it clear that not all the 300,000 applicants shortlisted will be eventually selected for the jobs.
