International Aviation College, Ilorin is a new aviation institution established by the Kwara State Government but planned to be jointly owned with the private sector. It is established to train different professionals for the rapidly expanding Nigerian and international aviation industry including pilots (fixed and rotary wing), cabin crew, air traffic controllers and aircraft engineers.

The college is located in Ilorin, Kwara State in Central Nigeria. The city is geographically ideal for flying because of its all year round good flying weather and flat topography.
Our first program is the ab-initio training of fixed wing pilots. The training we offer will bring a student from zero to acquisition of a commercial pilot's licence in 18 months.

Candidates applying to enter IAC to train must meet the following conditions:
  1. Age - Must be at least 17 years old as at the time of application
  2. Medically fit - Must pass medical exam in accordance with the ICAO requirements
  3. Education - Minimum of WASC/NECO Ordinary Level with at  least 5 Credits including Physics, Mathematics and English. A credit in Geography is an advantage or Degree in Science (Preferably Physics, Mathematics and or Geography)

Mount Kenya University (MKU) will start a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree; Accepting  Diploma in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Technology Mount Kenya University (MKU) will start a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree for students progressing from Diploma in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Technology following the approval of its plan by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.

The progression study will be known as Bachelor of Pharmacy (Diploma Entry) Programme.

The PPB, in approving the MKU implementation plan for the programme in January, indicated that the arrangement was in tandem with its credit waiver policy guidelines for progression from diploma in pharmacy or pharmaceutical technology to bachelor of pharmacy degree.

After Npower physical verification, What Next?

This is the question several preselected applicants in the 2017 round of Npower scheme had been asking on the body’s official twitter handle. The preselected 2016 N-build applicants are equally concerned about what the next course of action is.
N-power has initially made it clear that not all the 300,000 applicants shortlisted will be eventually selected for the jobs. Some applicants will be disqualified because of certain irregularities including; over-age, lack of claimed qualifications/credentials and the likes. And the support team has promised applicants on the waiting list to be ready as replacement for such disqualified applicants.
