Federal University of Oye Ekiti (FUOYE) Final Admission List is Out. Acceptance Deadline Jan. 26 

Following the January 25 deadline for 2017 admission recently issued issued by JAMB, Federal University of Oye Ekiti (FUOYE) has released her final admission list and all lucky candidates must pay the acceptance fee latest January 26.

This is to inform the general public that the Admission list for 2017/2018 academic session have been released. Concerned candidates are hereby required to logon to their screening portal at to check their admission status.

Important Note: All Registration Exercise are Strictly Online and no Examination will be required at any time.
Step 1:  You are required to accept this Offer on or before 4th December 2017. Details of registration procedure are as follows:.
Step 2:  Logon to and login with yout JAMB Registration Number
Note: You will be required to Login using Jamb Registration Number e.g 76510415CA
Step 3:  Upon Login Click on “Check Admission Status” to check admission status. If admitted, click on the “Accept Admission Offer” button to commence initial registration rights on the “Undergraduate Portal”
Step 4:  Once "Admission Offer" is accepted, an account will be created for automatically on the undergraduate Portal and a password change will be required.
Step 5:  Note that your initial password is "password", provide any desired password of your choice in the new password fields to change your password. [Note: Ensure to choose password you can remember.
Note: An Email containing the details of your new account setup will be sent to your mail for future reference incase you forget.
Step 6:  Once password is changed successfully, you will be prompted to login again using your JAMB RegNo and your newly created password.
Step 7:  Your profile details will pop-up for you to confirm and validate your information. You will be allowed at this point to change your passport if you desire to change it.
Note: Ensure to use a valid email Address and Phone Number. Frequently check this mail for updates and information from time to time
Step 8:  After updating your information, a confirmation link will be sent to your email box provided. Logon to your E-mail and click on the account activation link.
Step 9:  Upon account validation you will be required to pay a non-refundable sum of Thirty-Five Thousand Naira (N35,000.00) only as Acceptance Fee
Step 10:  After payment of Acceptance fee, Print Out your Admission Letter and get the under listed documents ready for screening:
  1. Admission letter (coloured)
  2. POST UTME Screening Registration/result Slip
  3. Acceptance Fee receipt
  4. Two passport Photographs
  5. One Office Flat file
  6. Photocopy of UTME 2017 Result Slip
  7. Photocopies and Original copies of O’level results uploaded during the screening exercise
  8. Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
  9. Medical Certificate from FUOYE Health Services Unit
Step 11:  Once your screening is completed log on to the portal to print out your Screening Certificate for onward Registration

Do not pay school fees until you have been screened accordingly. Failure to follow the afforementioned instructions is strictly at your own risk.

FUOYE and others opens Post-DE portal for Direct Entry Applicants 

Are you an aspirant of the Federal University of Oye Ekiti? Are you UTME or DE applicants with certain delay in your registration? You must read the latest update form the school. Note that other schools are now allowing DE applicants to register for their pre-admssion exercise as JAMB has forwarded DE database to all schools now.

Federal University of Oye Ekiti has just updated that, registration Portal is now opened to 2017/2018 Direct Entry Candidates. Also, all Candidates with the issue of "Change of Institution" can now proceed with their registrations with immediate effect. Please note that the closing date for the UTME candidates remains same.

Warning on O’level Subjects Filled

The institution equally alerted that, it has been observed that some candidates have not registered the right subject combinations for the intended course/programme.

Candidates are hereby advised to login to their individual accounts to ensure complaince by updating their registrations accordingly.

O'level, approved subject combinations and UTME requirements has been made available on individuals student's dashboard.

Note: Failure to follow the approved subject combinations and UTME requirements can render your admission void

UPDATES for candidates who changed Institutions or wish to change Institutions to FUOYE, FUTA, FUNAAB etc

Are you one of those who changed institutions through Jamb change of institutions/courses exercise?
Are you worried because your details had not been forwarded to the new schools and hence you were unable to proceed to post-UTME registration of our new schools? Do you know any friends in this situation? Read this update.

Some applicants for changed of institutions to several schools had been denied the chance to proceed with post-UTME registration of their newly chosen schools. This is because JAMB had not forwarded their updated database to the schools in questions.

With information now available, JAMB has finally forwarded your information and all concerned applicats can proceed with Post-UTME registrations of their prospective institutions.

Affected schools included, the University of Nigeria, UNN, Federal University of Oye Ekiti, FUOYE and Federal University of Technology Akure, FUTA to mention but a few.

JAMB has officially announced that, institutions have been given the update on the changes on the list of candidates. these lists are updated frequently.

Meanwhile, the body also warned that, candidates are advised not to apply for change of institution and change of course to institutions that have already done their Post UTME

FUOYE 2017/2018 Admission Screening Registration and Payment Instructions

Details of registration procedure are as follows:
Important Note: All Screening Exercise are Strictly Online and no Examination will be required at any time.

Method of Application

Step 1:     Logon to
Step 2:     On Admission Menu displayed on the right-hand side, click "Registration Steps" and read iinstructions carefully  
Step 3:     Kindly Login with your JAMB Registration Number e.g 76510415CA and use the word "password" as your inital password to logon to the portal. [Note Password is not editable]
Step 4:     You will be required to update the underlisted data:
  • Valid Phone Number
  • Valid Email Address
  • Nationality
  • Religion
  • Date of Birth
  • Email
  • O'Level Results with Minimum of two(2) sittings
  • WAEC/NECO Scratch Card Details corresponding to the O'level Results uploaded

Note: Ensure to use a valid email Address and Phone Number you can b contacted on if need arises. Also, always check this mail for updates and information    
Step 5:     After updating your information, a confirmation link will be sent to your email box provided. Logon to your E-mail and click on the account activation link to verify your email account and registration details. 
Step 6:     Login again after verification and click on "Upload O'Level Results" link at the left hand corner of the screen to complete your registration. Select Number of Sitting and Enter all the subjects and grade respectively. On completion, click on Complete Registration" button then click OK on the message dialog box.  
Step 7:     You will be prompted to Pay for your Admission Screening Fee and Portal Service Charge of N5,000    
Step 8:     Kindly select the Remita Payment Platform. You will be prompted to confirm the transaction, simply click "Ok" to proceed

Payment Instructions

1     To initiate payment, complete the required form and activate your account as applicable, click on the small circle at the right hand with a pointed finger to proceed.
2     On the payment confirmation page; you will find your transaction details including transaction reference, amount to pay, service being paid for, etc.
3     Click on the “Remita proceed button" for redirection to Remita, where you can pay using any of the available channels including debit or credit cards, internet banking, mobile wallet, bank branch etc.
4     After successful online payment, the user is redirected back to the portal and can proceed with the service.
5     If an alternative channel was used (bank branch, internet banking), you are required to log back into the portal and proceed to obtain service.
6     If the response is successful, navigate back to the service that was paid for to continue to obtain service.
Step 9:     Confirm your Payment Information again and Click on "Make Payment" button to Proceed.  
Step 10:     Enter your ATM card details
  •     Select your ATM card type (e.g Verve or Master Card)
  •     Enter your Card Number on the front side of the card
  •     Enter Card Expiry Date and the card CVV2  (the 3 digits on the reverse side of the card)
  •     Enter your card pin
  •     Click on "Pay" button when you are done
Please note:  (Do not Refresh your browser while the process is going on to avoid multiple deductions from your account. If nothing is displayed after 10 minutes, close the browser and restart again).

Step 11:     Print Out your Registration Slip containing summary of your registration.

The Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) hereby informs all applicants who have applied to FUOYE in the 2017 UTME to visit the screening portal in order to participate in the online screening exercise between Monday, 11th  – Friday, 29tt September, 2017.

i) Candidates who applied to Federal University Oye Ekiti and obtained UTME cut-off score of 100 and above.
ii) All candidates must possess a minimum of five ‘O’ level credits obtained at not more than two sittings in subjects relevant to their proposed courses.
iii) In addition to item (iii) above, Direct Entry candidates must possess at least two (2) A’ level (or its equivalent) passes in relevant subjects, or possess ND, NCE, HND, with credit passes, or possess a good first degree in another field as the case may be.

i.  Each candidate will be required to pay a registration fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2, 000 .00) only.
ii. Visit the University website:, click on Admission to select UTME / Direct Entry screening from the home page and supply your JAMB Registration Number to commence registration.

Applicants for the Screening Exercise will be required to do the following on the University website.
 i.    Submit a valid e-mail address and cell phone number in your Registration Form.
 ii.   Complete the O’ Level section with the required  5 O’ level credits for the course applied for either in one (1) or two (2) sittings
 iii.  Upload the O’ level result(s) as indicated in (ii) above
 iv.  Submit your application and print out the screening report

5.0 Direct Entry Applicants
i.  In addition to the above information, you are also required to upload your statement/notification of results

Applicant that fails to adhere strictly to the instructions on the University’s website will be disqualified.

After Npower physical verification, What Next?

This is the question several preselected applicants in the 2017 round of Npower scheme had been asking on the body’s official twitter handle. The preselected 2016 N-build applicants are equally concerned about what the next course of action is.
N-power has initially made it clear that not all the 300,000 applicants shortlisted will be eventually selected for the jobs.
