These new lists are called comprehensive Admission list; which can be termed the THIRD BATCH ADMISSION LIST.

Adeyemi College of Education Admission lists: 2nd Batch Degree, 2nd Batch NCE and Clarence 

Adeyemi College of Education has earlier released the 1st batch Direct Entry, Degree (Bsc) and NCE lists. You can click on the links if you have not checked that. More so, the 2nd batch for Degree and NCE had equally been released. The 2nd batch degree list contains 312 names while NCE contains 483 names.

Instructions2017/2018 Admissions - Procedure for Screening
The Screening exercise for Fresh Students is expected to begin on Monday, 22nd January, 2018.
All Fresh Students are therefore requested to follow the procedure as stated below:
(i) Payment of a non-refundable Acceptance fee of Twenty-Six Thousand Naira (#26,000.00) for Degree and Twenty-One Thousand Naira (#21,000.00) only for NCE Candidates.
(ii) After payment, proceed to upload your Bio-Data
(iii) Upload your Results or Certificate and Birth Certificate, passport photograph and Jamb admission letter.
(iv) Proceed to your various Schools with the Hard Copies of the following:
   (a)   Jamb admission Letter
   (b)  O’Level Result(s) or Certificates and NCE Result where applicable.
(v) The Screening Exercise is expected to take between 9.00am and 2.00pm each day.
NOTE: You will not be able to access the portal if you have not paid the acceptance fee.

ELIGIBILITY:
An eligible candidate must possess a minimum of merit pass in relevant
Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) Course Combination, In addition, a Candidate shall possess a maximum of Two Sitting which should include of 5 O’ LEVEL Credit at a maximum of Two Sitting which should include credit in English Language and Mathematics for all Courses.

3. Choose-2017/2018 Part Time Degree Application”, Choose Your username, enter your email and choose a password, and Click –Apply”
4. There are two methods of payment
5. Online payment: Click on” Make payment”, follow on the screen instruction, enter your card detail when requested.
6.Bank Payment: Visit any bank nationwide. Ask to use Etranzact pay Outlet platform to pay for Adeyemi College of Education 2017/2018 Part Time Degree Application fee and pay the sum of  10,000.00 (bank charges may apply)
7. The bank will generate a pin (Confirmation Order No) for the processing of the application online
8. Click “My Application” and fill the form correctly as editing is not allowed once application form is submitted
9. Candidate must ensure that they print hard copy of the processed application form and submit two (2) copies to the directorate of the Part Time Studies, Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo
CLOSING DATE :
All application must be submitted not later than Friday, 15th February 2018 as lecture will commence in March 2018.

Requirements for Admission 
1.    Grade II Teachers Certification, 3 of which must be at credit level in the relevant areas
2.    Five (5) passes at the ordinary Level GCE/SSCE/NECO including English Language and mathematics .3 of which must be at credit level in one sitting or 4 credit at 2 sittings
3.    For Primary Education Studies combination: Teachers Grade II Certificate with passes in all subject and a minimum of 5 years teaching experience
4.    For Business Education, candidate must posses any of the following qualifications:
a.    Fire(5)passes at the ordinary level GCE/WAEC/NECO/NABTEB including English Language with at least 3 credits at a  2 sitting or 4 credit at 2 sittings in the following subjects :Economics, principles of Accounts, shorthand, Business Education. Introduction to Business Management, Typewriting Commerce or any other relevant subject. A pass in mathematics is a compulsory requirement:

Urgent Admission Update For Admission Seekers to Adeyemi College of Education

This is to inform the College community that Management has not approved any cut off mark for All the programmes: NCE, Direct Entry and Degree UTME as against what is in circulation on social media and some unaccredited websites.

Once the final cut off marks are decided, shortlisted candidates will be published on our website. Meanwhile, the aggregate scores of all the candidates will also be put online for them to check.

More importantly, all Direct entry candidates that have not submitted their NCE results should kindly submit copy to Admissions office on or before December 8 by 9am

Equally, prospective candidates should beware of fake admission officers who want to extort them. Pls kindly inform your children/ wards or applicants you know.

 Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo Starts Post-UTME for 2017/2018 Admission

2017/2018 SCREENING EXERCISE (FOR NCE, DEGREE AND DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES)

The College hereby invites the following categories of candidates for its Post UTME Screening Exercise:
  • Candidates for Degree Programmes: Minimum of 180 marks in UTME.
  • Candidates for NCE Programmes: Minimum of 150 marks in UTME.
  • Candidates for Direct Entry (DE): NCE certificate.

NOTE

All candidates referred to above must have made Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo, their Institution of First Choice.

Qualified candidates who did not make Adeyemi College of Education their Institution of First Choice can still do so by applying to JAMB for change of institution. (for both Degree andNCE programmes).

Candidates who applied for degree programmes but scored between 150 and 179, and are interested in pursuing the College’s NCE programmes, can also apply. However, they are expected to have changed their institution of first choice to Adeyemi College of Education (NCE) on the JAMB website before applying.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Candidates are to visit http://aceondo.net to register for the screening exercise after the payment of the sum of N2,000.00 (two thousand naira only), via etranzact or Remita at any commercial bank. You can also pay online using your debit or credit card.

Once payment is confirmed, candidates are to:
1. Visit http://aceondo.net
2. Fill the online form carefully and correctly as editing is not allowed once the application form is submitted.
3. Upload a clear passport photograph not more than 50kb which must be JPEG or JPG with no eye glasses or veil.
4. Upload your SSCE (WAEC / NECO/ NABTEB) and NCE results where applicable.
5. Ensure that all fields in the form are completely filled.
6. Cross-check your entries properly.
7. Submit your application form.
8. Print out the Post UTME Test Slip

POST UTME APTITUDE TEST

After the online screening exercise, candidates found prima facie qualified will be notified via text messages as well as e-mails, and invited for a CBT Aptitude Test in the College. The printed Post UTME slip would indicate the conditions, date, batch and time of the Aptitude Test.

Candidates are advised to provide personal and active e-mail addresses and phone numbers to which their scores will be sent. The College will not take responsibility for failure to get information as a result of invalid e-mail addresses and wrong/ non-functional phone numbers.

Mount Kenya University (MKU) will start a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree; Accepting  Diploma in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Technology Mount Kenya University (MKU) will start a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree for students progressing from Diploma in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Technology following the approval of its plan by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.

The progression study will be known as Bachelor of Pharmacy (Diploma Entry) Programme.

After Npower physical verification, What Next?

This is the question several preselected applicants in the 2017 round of Npower scheme had been asking on the body’s official twitter handle. The preselected 2016 N-build applicants are equally concerned about what the next course of action is.
N-power has initially made it clear that not all the 300,000 applicants shortlisted will be eventually selected for the jobs. Some applicants will be disqualified because of certain irregularities including; over-age, lack of claimed qualifications/credentials and the likes. And the support team has promised applicants on the waiting list to be ready as replacement for such disqualified applicants.
